If you believe your package has become lost in transit you can contact customer service; however, it must be filed after 7 days of its last scan (including Canada, and all other international countries) and within 30 days from the last scanned checkpoint.
If your package arrives damaged or is stolen from your property after delivery you must contact us within 5 business days after the delivery was made (according to tracking).
